Fire Leaf

My sister suggested shooting some leaves up close to show the texture. This is what I came up with. I think the water drops add to it. Shot with Canon EOS Rebel XT 18-55mm lens, ISO 100, f/5.6 1/60th. I held it up in the air to get a somewhat clean background and tilted it until the light hit the water just right.

What a crazy colored leaf! I love how vibrant it is, and the water droplets really do add to the image. Maybe a hint of fill would've helped them pop, but I think it's a great image nonetheless!

This is the neatest leooking leaf I've ever seen. Very nice selective focus and placement of water drops. Great job!
