Monday Night Football

My first Friday night football layout for Bill. My flash died before I even got started, but I definitely got the ball and faces and people falling down. InDesign is new to me and kind of scary, but I like how it turns out in the end. Shot with Nikon D200, 300mm lens and SB800 flash. ISO 1600 and 1/250th at f2.8.

Remember

Window light and a small fill card are all that was used to light this doll. We had to shoot a home object using window light and I chose this doll because of her texture and sweet pose.

Multiple Pops

Here is my multiple pop image from Large Format class this summer. I used a Sinar 4x5 camera and 4x5 transparency film. Using the black card method I did 16 pops of the Farrell light to reach this exposure.

Biltmore Tulips

This is from 1st year Design Lab and was shot with my Mamiyaflex TLR and Tmax 100 B&W film. On the original print I did a 30 second burn on the sky. I scanned the negative and did a burn on the sky in Photoshop for this blog post.

Glass

This mortar and pestle filled the glass requirement for my Bio Object portfolio. I used a mini mole on spot and lit the white wall with it. In the ACR window I slid saturation over until it looked black and white.
